Rangatahi Employment Pathways Programme

The Rangatahi Employment Pathways Programme is designed to empower young people with the skills and confidence to secure meaningful employment. Delivered across three cohorts annually, this 10-week kaupapa provides tailored support through three key phases:

1. Foundations for Success – Participants learn the essentials of crafting a compelling CV and mastering interview techniques.

2. Confidence and Resilience Building – This phase focuses on personal growth, boosting self-assurance, and developing resilience to navigate the challenges of the job market.

3. Pathway to Employment – Rangatahi refine their skills, identify job opportunities, and adapt their CVs to align with specific roles and industries.

This phased approach ensures each participant is equipped with the tools and mindset to thrive in their employment journey while staying grounded in tikanga Māori.
